Spicy lamb stir fry with choy sum and peppers recipe

Ingredients:
1 tsp Ayam sesame oil
1 lamb rump, fat removed and sliced thin
2cm knob of ginger, peeled and sliced thin
1 garlic clove, peeled and sliced thin
½ red onion, sliced thin
1 long red chilli, deseeded and sliced
1 long red pepper, deseeded and sliced thin
½ bunch of choy sum, roughly chopped
2 tbs Ayam oyster sauce
2 tbs Ayam soy sauce
¼ bunch coriander, leaves picked
Method:
1 Heat a wok over high heat. Add sesame oil and lamb, stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
2 Add ginger, garlic, onion, chilli and peppers. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
3 Add choy sum, oyster and soy sauce. Stir fry for another minute.
