Asian Crab and Daikon salad recipe

Ingredients:
100g daikon, cut into matchsticks
½ small green capsicum, cut into matchsticks
½ small red onion, sliced thinly
2cm piece fresh ginger, cut into matchsticks
½ fresh long red chilli, sliced thinly
¼ cup loosely packed fresh coriander leaves
¼ cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
25g ‘You’ll love Coles’ baby rocket leaves
150g crab meat
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons sherry vinegar
2 teaspoons kecap manis
Method:
1. Combine daikon, capsicum, onion, ginger, chilli, herbs, rocket and crab in a medium bowl.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; add dressing to salad. Toss gently to combine.
